Hawaii Organic Farmer's Association (HOFA) will be ceasing cerfitication of Hawaii's organic livestock and food crops in 2011.

HOFA will be ceasing certification activities in 2011. If your operation is certified by HOFA and you will be seeking a new Certifier, USDA NOP's instructions on the "Responsibilities of Certified Operations Changing Certifying Agents" may be downloaded here (3.5 MB .pdf) or may be read in the USDA Organic Program Manual, Section B. Certification, Document Control Number NOP 2604 / page 65).
HOFA recommends International Certification Services (ICS) for organic certification in Hawai'i.
